The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and talented FB/Google Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign creation, optimization, and creative design. Experience with GoHighLevel and automation tools is an advantage.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role, with a focus on digital media. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
  3. Creative Skills: Strong background in creative design and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research. Proficient in media analytics tools and Facebook Ads Manager platform.
  5. Automation Expertise: Experience with GoHighLevel and other marketing automation tools.
  6. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  7. Communication Skills: Superior negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and media professionals.
  8. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
  9. Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.

What Will you spend your time doing?

  1. Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google to meet marketing objectives.
  2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify underperforming areas and optimize strategies accordingly.
  3. Budget Management: Oversee and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
  4. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to design and implement compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  5. Automation Implementation: Utilize GoHighLevel and other automation tools to streamline marketing processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  6. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics and optimize ad placements.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and competitive.
